Great location, within walking distance to shopping streets and Ciudad Vieja. The most fabulous employees I came across in recent years. I would like to compliment mostly front desk- reception as they were all absolutely amazing. The manager Alvaro is the type of person I would hire in any property in a world. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. True leader as his team was equally great without exception. The lady manager in the breakfast room also full hands on, personally checking the buffet and greeting all guests seating at the table with a big smile. Room specious and always clean. Thanks to the people this property has, our stay in Montevideo will be one to remember the most. Thank you again for looking after us. Well done!

Location. Staff excrllen Needs more attention on details. Entrance hsndrails were loose. Plants good for decoration but prevent holding to entrace building. Phoces at 35 cents a minute is abusing. Personnel constantly ready to serve. I d go back

Sucio y mala atención

Me sorprendio lo sucio que estaba el area de restaurant a toda hora, en el barecito nunca nos atendieron, a pesar de que fuimos a llamarlos varias veces. Para ser un sheraton, dejó mucho que desear la limpieza y el servicio.

Simplesmente sensacional, localização perfeita, tranquilidade, silencio, atendimento exemplar.... o único porém a ressaltar, é a falta de garagem, existe a garagem, mas comporta apenas 5 carros.

Hotellet ligger centralt med promenadavstånd både till gamla stan och vattnet. Synd att det inte finns möjlighet att sitta utomhus. Poolen för varm och läkandes inte riktigt fräsch. Bra frukost och vänlig personal. Missade städningen en dag.

O hotel está localizado no centro antigo da cidade e as instalações são boas. É próximo dos principais pontos turísticos, mas um pouco distante da orla. Senti falta da praticidade que poderia ser caminhar pela praia a noite e voltar p/ o hotel p/ dormir, por outro lado, fiz os passeios do centro a pé e tinha os restaurantes famosos relativamente próximos de onde estava.

Très bonne localisation et quartier sûr

Très bonne localisation dans les rues animées de Montevideo. Quartier sûr même le soir. Super accueil à la réception. Petit dej buffet, classique mais très bon. Service en chambre un peu aléatoire (des fois vous aurez une bouteille d'eau, des fois non...) mais le nettoyage sera toujours fait ! Je recommande sans hésiter.

Am I staying at a SHERATON?!

Located in a bad neighborhood. Parking was full so we had to park a block away from the hotel and pay for it. Nobody available to help with lugagge. People from the front desk had to do it. There was an old car exhibition going on so outdoor parking (hotel guests!?) was not an option :( I’d have expected this at a 3 star hotel, not at a Sheraton

Buen tamaño de habitación

Nos gustó mucho y resultó muy cómoda la habitación por su tamaño y las camas y almohadas confortables. Se observó un poco de falta de prolijidad y limpieza en el ingreso, tal vez por el horario en que llegamos, un sábado por la mañana.

Agradável!!!

O banheiro (a banheira) não oferece segurança para pessoas da terceira idade. A cama King e os travesseiros, são muito confortáveis. Localização excelente, bem como os atendentes. Recomendo.

O Hotel é muito bonito e o quarto que ficamos era muito bom mesmo. O café da manhã já estava incluso e era bem completo. Vários tipos de pão e comidas. O atendimento foi perfeito. Os funcionários foram muito prestativos. O Hotel fica no centro, lugar perfeito para andar pela cidade.
