ベッドが快適、熱帯雨林のようなガーデン風の朝食会場

■よい点・空港からも市内にも出易い Uberでも、市内に出るのに空港すぐのホテルより料金がかなり安くなります近くのショッピングセンターまで歩いて行けるかフロントで聞いたところ、車が空いていたので送ってくれた空港無料送迎はありです・ベッドがすごく寝やすかった・バスタブあり・部屋が広い、ベッドも大きい・ベストウェスタンの石鹸がすごくいい香り滞在中、この石鹸で下着を洗ったりします・ホテルのスタッフがみな優しい (これはメキシコの人みんなかも) ■悪い点・朝食会場の中庭？が一番なんですが、お部屋もホテル全体が湿度高め 10月でしたが暖房で乾燥させようと試行錯誤しましたただ三ヶ所、空港近くのホテルホッピングをしましたが、こちらだけでなくどこも湿度高めでしたベッドが冷たく感じるので乾くまで少し気持ち悪いです・コンセントが少ない次の機会があればまた是非泊まりたいです

当日ホテルのフロントで他のホテルへ移動を告げられる

２室予約していたが、チェックイン当日フロントにて、急遽メンテナンスの為他の系列ホテルに移動を告げられた。少なくとも事前連絡位欲しいものである。エクスペディアにおいても、このようなケースでの顧客対応ができていないのでは？

This hotel should change the name to something else and not called itself “airport” because it not the hotel closest to the airport! My mistake was telling the driver to take me to the BW airport instead of using GPS. Please update your description and say you are not BW closest to the airport

Very spacious rooms and convenient location and parking. Being able to leave the car there while you return from your trip is a plus.

En general es un buen lugar para llegar a dormir. Aunque la cena en su restaurante es bastante buena para un snack. Un poco cara pero buena.
