「Zero check in which had us waiting and Jo entry late, they sent details only at 18.00…. Which we never received, then they tried to contact me 10 times, at incorrect number. Apartment cold, bed uncomfortable, two extra fees plus local tax, so 3 extra fees, I knew about 2…. Impossible to get downstairs all the time for smoking…very long walk from station. Worst place I ever stayed!!!!!!!plus super expensive!」

「The best thing about the apartment is that it's close to the beach in a quiet area. It's an easy walk to restaurants or the city center. The wifi worked great.The apartment feels adequate, but not special. For example, artwork was lacking (e.g., a small picture on a huge wall) and the couch was covered with a sheet. The bathroom throw rugs weren't clean. The toilet seat was cracked and would pinch you. The front window did not secure adequately so you must put down the shade for security. ...

「My stay here in Monterosso was lovely. Please be warned, there are about 100 stairs or so straight up, leading to the room. I wouldn’t recommend if you are not able to climb a lot of stairs. But the location was perfect, a little off the beaten path, so super quiet and serene. Except there are times when you can hear the people above you from the bedroom walking or pushing in/out chairs. The AC was unmatched! After sweating profusely from the steep ascend to the room, that air conditioning felt...
