"We booked a spacious ocean front balcony room for two nights. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. The jetted hot tub was nice! There are two, one on the 4th floor rooftop with a great view, and another on the second floor. The continental breakfast tray, with items you choose, is brought to you in your room at your desired time. Loved this! Was able to relax and enjoy breakfast and the sea life from my room!"

"This place was a perfect location if you admire and appreciate history. I highly suggest this place for you if your bougie ,it's not for you. Every Tuesday they have the farmers market which is so convenient right downstairs. The staff was friendly we had one incident where we had a couple thing above us that unfortunately did not get along and were yelling depressing throughout the night we let the front desk about this."

"Nice place to stay and we have stayed here 3 or 4 times. Front desk staff is, well depends on who's working. Have had great service to very basic. Rooms are always clean and in good shape. Was somewhat disappointed this trip, TV had issues and should have been replaced. Good thing I don't go on vacation to watch TV."

"Very convenient to Cannery Row, which was a huge plus for us. The property has been renovated nicely as well. We found it very comfortable, and there is an elevator from the parking lot, a big plus for us as we are seniors. We were able to leave our car in the parking lot and walk down to the restaurants and shops in Cannery Row. The farthest we walked was the Aquarium which took about 15 minutes, so all the Cannery Row area is quite handy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."
