日本の方へ：フロントスタッフが常駐ではなく、いない場合が多い様子でした。チェックインを21時から22時くらいにしましたが部屋のカードキーはフロントの近くのマットの下にあるから、と電話で問い合わせて告げられました。周辺は安全ですが、どうでしょうか。

Yes, they were dog and cat friendly. Plus they charged half of what other hotels were charging. The room was clean with a refrigerator and microwave. They AC worked perfect. Plus free parking. My only thought would be that it'd be nice if they had grab bars in bathtub/shower.

The tv did not work at all. The shower didnt drain and spilled out on the floor. It was a shower, only no tub and before I knew that it was not draining. I have soaked up and had to rinse myself with a cloth from the sink or I would just have flooded the whole bathroom. The microwave did not have a plate in it. It had burns. It had peeling paint. It was terrible. I hate giving bad reviews. If it’s something small, I don’t say anything, but they should not have rented out this room. I really should get some money back on this one.

There was no blow dryer. No hooks to hang anything in the bathroom. The bathroom also needed safety grab bars to avoid slipping.The bathtub/shower combination needs a non-skid floor to avoid falling/slipping. Continous issuess with the TV non working.

We have stayed here many times before with no problems but this stay was not so good. Maybe it was just the room. We were put in an ADA room which should have been fine but the drain in the shower was so slow that it flooded out half the bathroom and we didn’t notice until it was too late. We informed the manager and he said he would take care of it. We thought it was until we showered the second morning with the same results. There is also only one outlet to plug in your devices near the bed and it is over the top of the headboard. The television took forever to figure out which input to select and finally find channels to watch. Like I said, we have always like this hotel but maybe it was just this room, this time.

Decent enough

The room was Bear-bones but clean enough. The beds are on a string frame & noisy. The bottom of the bed frame is maybe sheet metal? So heavy movement or bumping it is very loud. It was fine for an overnight but for several days it was not our fav of roadside inns.

Let's start with the positives. Good location, minutes from airport and Cannery Row. Owner/Front desk very kind and helpful. AC worked great. Free parking right in front of room. Now the facts, king bed hard, not comfortable. Pillows flat, totally unacceptable (we had 3 pillows each) Room run down, older cheap furniture. Bathroom floor tiles full of black mold. Towels rough, not soft at all. Ice machine, even after several months of bad reviews mentioned not working, still not working. We're not picky but honestly shouldn't that have been fixed by now?? The room decor is old, nothing like what's posted. Overpriced and not comfortable. Lacking the most important things like comfy bed and good pillows. Clean was questionable. Most hotels don't get it. If you had ONE good pillow you wouldn't need several flat or cheap pillows. I hope this review is accepted as room for improvement not complaints. Needless to say we left after 2 days, not staying our intended 7 days. Also, walkable area with 2 diners, gas station and 7 Eleven nearby.
