L'Aurora - Rural Villa With Private Pool & A/C

L'Aurora is a country house with private pool located in Montelparo, a small town of about 800 inhabitants in the south of the Marches, which stands at 586m above sea level.
Dating back to the first half of the 1800s, the villa has been renovated respecting the characteristics of the classic Marche farmhouse and, given that it is only 25 KM from both the coast and the Sibillini Mountains, it is the ideal location for families who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday both by the sea and in the hills.

Since the estate on which L'Aurora has been built is very large and mostly flat, the outdoor spaces are easily usable and accessible.

The park is spread over 2 levels:
the one at the level of the house where guests can enjoy a large flat garden an uncovered car park, and the one with the relaxation area, located on a higher level and in a panoramic position where there are both the large 18m swimming pool and the outdoor lounge area with kitchen, gym and shaded living room.

The villa is also divided over 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with an external wood-burning oven, a common living room, a laundry room and two bathrooms with shower. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 triples, with private bathrooms.
It is possible to add 2 extra beds thanks to camping beds.
