"Great Hotel in a perfect location. Easy walk to mass transit and most of the major sites. Nice European breakfast. Can be a bit noisy. Staff were super nice and professional, especially Chris(?) from Peru. I would go back anytime!"

"Not great!! I booked a room at the Eden Hotel because I thought it was old and charming, and when I arrived, my room was in the NYX Hotel, which was not at all charming. Very confusing and disorienting to go up and down hallways and stairs through 2 different hotels, and try to figure out which entrance your cab will be at. We asked for clean towels on two occasions and even offered to carry them up ourselves from reception, but were told they would deliver them to our room for us. No towels ever showed up, and we were forced to use wet damp towels for 2 days (we had water on the floor in the bathroom from something leaking every day) so always damp towels! Hotel location was OK, but that’s about all I can say was a positive for the hotel. The hotel was under construction, which I did not know when I booked it, so maybe that is why there was so much chaos about the accommodations. Would not stay there again."

"L’hôtel est bien situé. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien. La literie était propre. La salle de bain était propre. La chambre par contre n’était pas propre, il y avait des coulisses à différents endroits. Il y avait souvent une odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain. La chambre est minuscule et le rangement complètement inexistant; il n’y a aucun endroit dans la salle de bain pour mettre ses articles de toilette. Il y avait 3 supports dans un petit garde-robe et aucune tablette. Les deux fauteuils des photos du site n’y sont pas. Il y avait deux chaises abîmées. Il n’y a pas de frigo, ni de climatisation. Un gros ventilateur très bruyant brasse l’air. Les marches des escaliers sont très étroites ce qui est pénible avec une valise. Le prix est vraiment excessif pour la chambre."
