「This stay was idyllic and everything that was promised. Privacy, serenity and beautiful surroundings. Loads to do in the area and off the beaten track enough to have a sanctuary from tourism. Susan was the hostess with the mostess. Always there for suggestions, but never intruding. Her family are quintessential Italian and we loved hearing her grandchildren calling each other across the garden, hearing the neigh of the horses and next doors donkey in the distance. 「Absolutely fantastic...could have stayed on and on! This was our third stay as a family at this superb house and we will be back again for sure. The house has plenty of space - more than enough for four adults and we wished that we had invited some friends too! As usual, Maria Cristina and Luca were the most wonderful and considerate hosts with excellent communication and, as expected, a the property was beautifully presented. 「It is a perfect place to stay and visit Viareggio/Lucca/Florence/Sienna and drive all the small roads in between. The cottage itself is great. The pictures on the site make it small but it is nice and wide. Big enough for 2 people to stay, nice terrace, nice complete kitchen, big and great bathroom. Bedroom is spacious and linked to the bathroom. The driveway to the cottage is movie worthy. We loved it and if possible we will return in the near future.」

「Mooie woning, mooie spullen die aantiek aandoen en prachtig zijn, mooi landschap eromheen en veel ruimte. Alleen de wifi leverde af en toe wat problemen op, maar Mr. Giulio (de eigenaar) snelde echt met een oplossing en een snellere verbinding proberen te bewerkstelligen. Echt een aanrader dit huis.」
