Everything. Beautifully furnished room,quite unique,comfy large bed ,fantastic brand new shower,huge sink,lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean throughout. Blackout curtains. Excellent lighting. Wonderful breakfast included with table service and s huge selection of food. Pancakes are delicious. .an amazing view from the restaurant on 5th floor. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Has great spa facilities but I did not use them. Right in the centre of Montecatini terme in a great position,5 mins by foot from train station and bus stop . All the amenities and shops on your doorstep, restaurants, cafes,etc. Can't fault it and would definitely return and recommend it.to anyone. Value for money unbeatable.

Personale veramente gentile, sia all’accoglienza che in spa , camera un po’ fredda sia come arredamento che come temperatura, abbiamo però chiesto una coperta in più e l’hanno portata subito, la spa un po’ piccolina ma il massaggio è stato molto bello ed eseguito bene, non molto confortevole la zona relax ubicata praticamente nella hall e fredda come temperatura, peccato per il ristorante che chiudendo alle 21 non abbiamo potuto provarlo…

Super charmerende hotel

Super charmerende hotel i en hyggelig byen, som vi desværre ikke så nok til, da vi kun havde en overnatning. Vi fik vist to mulige værelser, hvor vi selv kunne vælge hvilke vi ønskede. Charmerende og flotte størrelse værelser. Vær opmærksom på spa adgang koster 25 EUR, og du skal betale leje for badekåbe og tøfler. Spaen lukkede allerede kl 19:30, så vi nåede ikke derned. Meget flot individuel morgenmad, hvor du selv kan vælge a la carte

Good hotel and helpful staff

The room was great and rather cheap the hotel offers a lot of spa and pool services but they're expensive on their own unless you get them included with the room we were only staying one night. It was a little loud we heard renovations taking place near us but didn't affect sleeping.

Spa a pagamento per i clienti dell’hotel?

Viaggio in famiglia, prenoto presso la struttura pensando ingenuamente che l’ingresso alla spa fosse incluso nel prezzo della camera, mi rendo subito conto che devo invece aggiungete 75 euro per potervi accedere. Dal sito non mi è risultato molto chiaro, ho ricontrollato la mail di benvenuto e mi si specificava che L ingresso per i bambini al di sotto dei 7 anni era a pagamento solo dalla 19.30 alle 20.30, e che il kit per la spa era eventualmente a noleggio. Altro non c era scritto. Le lenzuola del letto matrimoniale erano sporche di trucco e c’erano due peli... Per ciò che riguarda il personale e la struttura tutto molto positivo. Unica cosa che vorrei sottolineare è che la politica di far pagare la spa ai clienti dell albergo è completamente sbagliata, io personalmente se lo avessi saputo non avrei prenotato li. Capisco il pagare i trattamenti , mi sembra assolutamente normale, ma l’ingresso alla spa è esagerato e fuori luogo, sono stata in hotel molto belli dove la spa era inclusa!

Tyvärr bodde vi på 4e våningen över helgen precis under köket. Helt omöjligt att sova då det var som vi sov i köket. Vi fick byta rum mitt i natten. Tyvärr fick vi ingen kompensation och personalen i receptionen väldigt arrogant.
