"Had a great couple nights stay here. It is in a perfect location easily walkable to all the sights in the city. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful! The room was perfect, with amazing soap/shampoo and the included breakfast was an AMAZING treat, so many options and saved on not having to worry about breakfast. Will definitely recommend and stay again when back in Florence! "

"We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Castri 1874 Spa & Garden. The hotel staff were always very friendly, hotel immaculately clean, spa was fantastic, food was scrumptious and the location was exceptional, so close to the main tourist spots in Florence. It was so easy to get from Florence airport to the hotel too. We took a tram from the airport which cost under 2 euros per person and the journey from the airport to the tram station nearest to the hotel ( Fortezza) was under 30 mins, the walk from this tram station to the hotel was under 10 mins! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short break and we shall be going back there again. "
