This is a Tiny House... 200+ ft keep this in mind. Great for those who love the outdoors. Located across from South Cumberland State Park visitor center. Includes an efficiency kitchen (hot plate only), bathroom with shower, & a studio living room, dining table, queen bed downstairs and a full bed & twin bed on the loft floor for children (very low ceiling in loft)
Nearby attractions: University of the South, Sewanee, Mountain Goat Trail, The Caverns and Bluegrass Underground, Fiery Gizzard, Great Stone Door, Buggy Top, Foster Falls, Denny Cove

Unit was easy to access and had plenty of room for 2 adults with two dogs. Very convenient to Monteagle and Sewanee. Will stay again. Area around the cabins nice with some woods.

Inexpensive, Cozy Stay

For the low price we paid, my husband and I were more than happy. The Tiny House had all we needed: towels, a shower, kitchenette, coffee maker, comfy bed, TV, and a nice quiet location, complete with its own hiking trail. Super clean, easy to find, and conveniently located. Thanks for a great getaway!

I love that it was pet friendly. My 2 suggestions are clean the mold off of the AC wall unit/change filter and deep clean the Keurig water reservoir. Very nice outdoor setting and close to all the places one would want to visit. Basic amenities of the tiny cabin were met.
