The Space:

This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to six guests across its four well-appointed bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature plush king-sized beds offering a restful night's sleep under the towering trees, while the other bedroom include two twin beds, perfect for kids. The home also boasts two full bathrooms, both thoughtfully designed with modern fixtures and plenty of natural light, providing a spa-like experience to refresh after a day of exploring.



The living area is the heart of the home, where large windows invite the beauty of the surrounding forest inside, creating a serene ambiance. Here, guests can gather around the cozy fireplace, perfect for cool evenings, or relax on the comfortable seating while enjoying a movie night on the flat-screen TV. Guest Access:

Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway, and additional cars can be parked along the street. Please do not park in the adjacent open area, as it belongs to another property. The garage is temporarily inaccessible. While Monte Rio is a walkable riverside town, we recommend having a car to explore the surrounding area, including nearby redwood trails, beaches, and wineries. The scenic roads in this region also make for beautiful cycling routes. Whether you're headed to the coast, the forest, or a tasting room, most destinations are just a short, peaceful drive away.

While public transport is limited, cycling and driving are both great ways to experience the natural beauty of the area.

Dog Policy:

🐾 2 dogs max without host approval. No aggressive breeds or other types of pets allowed.

🐾 Please keep dogs off all furniture and beds.

🐾 Dogs must never be left unattended on the property.

🐾 Always clean up after your pet, both inside and out.

🐾 No excessive barking.

🐾 Keep dogs on leash when outside the private yard.

🐾 A small pet fee is charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs.



📌To ensure a seamless check-in, all guests must complete a quick pre-check-in verification through our secure guest portal; a link will be sent after your booking is confirmed.

📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
