"Overall hotel was cleaned shame that staff wasn't welcome at all except a gentleman on breakfast who was amazing with us. The lady on the reception who seam to be from management team was on phone talking load on phone by the reception about person issues whitch l fpund not profissional as that could be discussed in private room "

"Very clean and quiet. Had a pleasant stay with our family. Be prepared for possible LARGE tour groups checking in Underground is limited so confirm before you go down ad you need to turn around in tight corners. "

"What a great hotel. This definitely deserves an extra star, it should be a 4 star hotel, not 3. The room was a little small but big enough for me, my things and to have a bit of space to walk around. Everything is clean and modern and the location is great. The pool was also a nice touch. I would definitely stay there again."
