Our house is masterfully designed by a local professional interior designer Baobao. Every corner of this space reflects the creative vision of Baobao, ensuring a seamless blend of elegance, comfort, and functionality.

-Kitchen with full cookware and kitchenware.
- Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and electric Kettle are in place.
- Dedicated workspace with desk and chair.
- Central AC/Heating system.
- Washer and dryer are fully equipped in the house.
Guest access
**Grape season is Aug-Oct. Guest is welcome to pick up some organic grapes. IT'S FREE!!
- We appreciate your cooperation to limit to 5 pounds for each group so that future guests can also enjoy the grapes.
** Jacuzzi fee - $200 for 1st day including set up, $50/day from 2nd day and beyond. Jacuzzi has to be booked in consecutive days. 9am-9pm every day.
- Pls request Jacuzzi and pay the fees in full at least 2 days prior to your arrival, so we can set up the Jacuzzi for your group.
- For the sake of guests' safety, pls strictly follow the Hot tub regulations and safety rules in the last 2 photos in the listings while using the Jacuzzi.
** BBQ fee - $60.
- Pls request BBQ and pay the fees in full at least 2 days prior to your arrival, so we can set up the BBQ for your group.
** Pet fee - $79 per stay
- We are pet friendly. $79 pet fee per stay will apply.
Other things to note
It is a pleasure offering our beautiful home to guests! Pls make sure you can follow the house rules below before making reservations. We appreciate you treat our home and neighbors with respect. Thank you!
1. The property is equipped with security cameras outside the house in both front yard and back yard.
2. Pls park your cars in the driveway, and don't block the walkway.
3. Pls don't move furnitures in the house. Extra charge may apply for labors to move furnitures back and/or for damages caused.
4. Since the grape vines need regular maintenance and inspection, workers need to come once per week in the morning. They won't enter the house and won't impact guests' stay.
5. OUR HOME STRICTLY PROHIBIT THESE BEHAVIORS:
(1) Any Smoking/vaping in particular marijuana inside and outside the house.
(2) Any parties, events, large group gathering, loud music or interference.
(3) Unregistered guests.
You will be asked to leave the house without a refund if there is a violation.
6. We are pet friendly, and need your cooperation to make sure your pet is well behaved and potty trained to avoid claim for any damage or extra cleaning fee.
7. No lighting candles, aromatherapy or other open fire in the house.
8. We are not responsible for any accident, injury, disease, or loss of luggage or other belongings during your stay.
9. Pls report any property damage on timely manner.
