La Grangette in Haut-Cantal

Barn converted in the style of mountain chalet located in the north Cantal, Artense/ Cézallier region near the Massif du Sancy.
The cottage, of 25m2 consists of a living area with television, a kitchenette, a sleeping area with double bed, a bathroom with shower, sink and radiator and a terrace (see photo)
The electric heating is up to current standards and completely new. A garden with a beautiful lime tree is accessible if desired.
Tourist sites and hiking trails are numerous as well as lakes, very popular with fishermen.
On the photo of the building, you can see that the studio is upstairs on the other hand the first floor is not inhabited because we live in the house next door (which you can also see) it is a room for the gardens that we have on either side of the houses.
A hiking trail is accessible a few meters away, in this area, we are spoiled for choice as everywhere in rural Auvergne. Do not hesitate to ask questions, I will be happy to answer them.
