Private small garden with staircase leading to my property on the first floor: Fully equipped Kitchen/Living room with table, chairs and comfortable sofabed (2 people). Bathroom with shower. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
Roof terrace with table, umbrella and deckchairs. Fantastic place for sunbathing, for enjoying meals in the open air. There is an additional shower (cold) in the open air on this terrace.

My property is the perfect place for a simple, cozy vacation at the seaside.
The nearest beach is 15 minutes on foot from the property.
Bycicle is suggested to have a larger range of beaches to choose (there is a byc renting place in the village)
Cars are permitted and they can be parked right in front of the different bathing establishments.
MARINA DI MONTALTO DI CASTRO is a seaside resort/village with a great number of white houses (Mediterranean style) immersed in extended pinewoods.
In the center of the little town there many restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, stores etc..
Entertainment places, amusement parks for children and other attractions.
Sandy beaches miles long with bathing establishments or just free to anyone. People can walk for kilometers along desert beaches at the seashore.
Montalto di Castro is still an agricultural place: around my property there are many farms growing, according to the season, artichokes, asparagus, tomatoes, strawberries, watermelons etc.. People can buy fresh fruit and vegetables directly from farm.
The area around Montalto di Castro, the Tuscia area (the Etruscan Italy) is also extremely reach in artistic, historic, archaeological sites:
- Archaeological Park of Vulci (10 km. from Montalto)
- Tarquinia with its famous Necropolis (painted tombs), National Museum and Churches.
- Tuscania
- Cerveteri - Etruscan town and tombs.
Etruscan tombs and remnants all over the Region.

Wohnung am Meer
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, top sauber und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben es auch genossen auf der großen Dachterrasse zu sitzen. Es gibt eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Perfekt ist die Nähe zum Strand, den man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichen kann. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt.

Hübsches Domizil als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Maremma und Tuszien
Hübsches kleines und sehr gut ausgestattetes Domizil zur Erkundung der Maremma und Tuszien. Idealerweise ist das Objekt für 2 Personen. Die Dachterrasse lädt an lauen Sommerabenden zum Verweilen unter den Sternen ein.
Die Kontaktpersonen Frau Patrizia und Herr Domenico waren äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Traum haftet Urlaub pur
Wir wurden Herzlich willkommen. Auch wenn die Verständigung etwas schwierig war . Die Wohnung war für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind perfekt . Wir werden wieder kommen . Die 10 Nächte waren zu kurz da waren wir uns einig .

Petit apartment, simple mais bon
Nous avons eu des vacances bons. Beaucoup de moustiques, parce qu'il y a beaucoup de vert autour la maison. Pas de chemins de vélo, , mais les vélos sont utile pour faire des achats.
