External Description



Once a schoolhouse, Villa Sassina is a splendid villa ideally located in the Tuscan countryside, and it allows you to quicly reach the main cities such as: Florence, Siena and Pisa.

Surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn, the villa has a patio equipped with a dining table and barbecue, perfect setting for alfresco lunches/dinners.

At the rear of the villa you will find a lovely pool (9 x 5 m, open from April to October, depending on weather conditions). The pool is fenced, bordered by an entrance gate, and is equipped with sun beds, parasols and a gazebo with dining table. Adjacent to the pool is another smaller, shallow pool (60 cm depth), suitable for young children.

At guests disposal' also a private parking for 2-3 cars.



Internal Description



Elegantly furnished with antique pieces, Villa Sassina is spread over 2 levels, and can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. The property is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost, except in high season.



Ground floor: On the ground floor there is the living area consisting of a lounge room with two sofas, tv and fireplace. Here some stairs leading to a small, elevated reading room. Adjacent to the lounge there is a bright dining room with a wooden table for 8 people, a small sofa and direct access to the garden. Following you will find a spacious kitchen, equipped with a breakfast table, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, oven and microwave.

The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms divided as follows: 2 twin bedrooms (both convertible into doubles), 1 bedroom with four-poster double bed, 1 double bedroom (not convertible into twin).

There are also 4 bathrooms with shower.



Mezzanine: On the mezzanine you will find a small gym with some exercise equipment that guests can use free of charge.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Water; electricity; bed linen and bath towels (change of bath towels on Wednesday); pool towels; tea towels; Internet Wifi; parking area; use of washing machine + soap for washing; use of dishwasher + dish detergent; baby bed; high chair; extra single bed for maximum 1 person only; use of the small gym.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (190.00€); air conditioning according to consumption (0.55€ per Kw - if used); heating according to consumption (4.50€ per cubic meter - if used); extra cleaning service (100.00€); babysitter; cooking class; chef; guided tours; housekeeper; breakfasts; pets allowed on request except in high season (95.00€ per week per pet up to a maximum of 2 small or medium-sized animals). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
