Overall a great stay. Good location easily walkable to a number of areas. The only issue we had was cold water two mornings for the shower. The water never got warm. Addressed it to front desk staff bit remained unresolved.

We loved the apartment and the balcony. It was modern, well equipped, and clean. It was conveniently located. Parking was far away. We couldn't get the air conditioning to work. The place became stuffy and hot. Email said there was 24/7 concierge but no one answered the phone or my texts. The front desk was polite but not helpful.

The property was exactly as pictured. Super location, close to the pier and all restaurants and shops. Nice kitchen and decor. Had lots of towels and toilet paper for our 3 nights. Bed sheets were very clean. Questionable carpet and couch. Air conditioning in the living room only. Bedroom could have used some airflow or even a fan. You could hear street noise at night very clearly. A fan would have helped drown out the noise. Disappointed that the Nespresso machine didn't work, it just gave coloured water and was only given decaf. I recommend bring your own coffee as there aren't many places to buy early in the morning and are very expensive. Indian restaurant beside the hotel. Although the apartment didn't smell, the hallway did and we were on the 3rd floor. Unless there was another tenant on our floor that cooked Indian food. Follow the instructions sent by the property for check-in and you won't have any issues. Property recommended to park at the pier where the clock tower is. It was a safe parking lot and we didn't move our car for 3 days. Only drawback is that they charge $70 for 24 hrs....BUT..claim a lost ticket when leaving and you'll pay for 1 day. Other parking lots in the area were sketchy and wouldn't leave my car overnight as there are lots of homeless. I would stay here again. I hope my experience helps!

The building is a converted historic jewelry store and it is beautiful. It is set on St Phillip’s Square which has a great monument and fountains. The area is lively, very walkable, but also quiet in the room. The bathroom was wonderful with a great tub and heated towels! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!!
