"Incredible views of the mountain and easy access to the village and skiing. Incredible outdoor hottub and pool. Amazing outdoor drink service and restaurants in the hotel were phenomenal!"

"The chalet was beautiful. It was extremely well equipped, well maintained, and so many little extras. Half hour drive into Saint Agathe. So much privacy on the property and yet not far from town."

"The locals call this motel the most famous 2-star motel in town because it has 1 too many stars. This place has limited check-in times, and if you miss it, then you are sleeping in your vehicle, not nice in -20C weather. The owners are pretty weird. They charged me a deposit, and I had to fight to get it back. The ceiling looks like it could fall in at any moment. There are other places to stay."

"Items observed during our stay:1.Hot water outages – The hot water heater failed on two separate occasions.2.Hot tub condition at arrival – The hot tub was only half full and not usable at check-in.3.Murphy bed – The Murphy bed was not functional, affecting sleeping arrangements.4.Drive time to Tremblant – Actual travel time was materially longer than advertised on the listing.5.Amenity disclosures – We were notified the night before arrival that the tanning bed and air hockey table were broken. In addition, it was not disclosed that the Pop-A-Shot basketball game was broken and that the pool table was effectively unusable due to uneven flooring beneath it.6.Cleanliness – The home did not meet expected cleanliness standards, including:•Dead insects throughout the house•Dirty vent registers•Mousetraps left out in open areas, including bedrooms•Bedding with visible burn marks and holes7.Exterior conditions – Exterior ashtrays were full of cigarette butts upon arrival.8.Snow removal – The property had not been shoveled, and a snow wall blocked the walkway between the front door9.Interior maintenance – Broken floor tiles and multiple electrical outlets hanging out of the walls.10.Railings – Interior and exterior railings were loose/dislodged, with exposed nails and limited structural support."

"Petit chalet avec grande chambre. Très belle vue sur le lac. Accès au lac et de pouvoir utiliser des embarcation nautique est un plus. "

"Endroit ideal pour se ressourcer isolé et proche de St Donat. L’endroit est vraiment calme et le lac offre un cadre ideal pour kayaker. Le chalet est tres confortable propre avec tout le confort et on a bien profité du spa. merci a toute l’équipe!"
