Schönes Haus in guter, ruhiger Lage aber leider

Sehr schönes Haus nahe am Strand in ruhiger Lage. Atemberaubende Aussicht auf Meer und Berge von der Dachterrasse. Das Haus ist geräumig und voll klimatisiert. Die Betten sind nicht zu weich, nicht durchgelegen und sehr bequem. Freundlicher Herr kümmert sich um das Haus und schaut öfters mal vorbei. Für die Nutzung der Dachterrasse und des Whirlpools ist es im Sommer zu heiß. Abends in der Dämmerung gibt es Schnaken. Der Poolbereich ist von der Straße leicht einsehbar (Siehe Google Maps). Leider wird das sehr schön angelegte Gebäude nicht ausreichend in Stand gehalten: -Dusche am Pool defekt* -Duschkabine defekt obwohl man das schon vor Anreise in den Bewertungen lesen konnte* -Abdeckung Steckdose beschädigt* -Sicherung fliegt ständig raus (Pool und Klima)* -schwarze Kissen des Whirlpools beschädigt* -Abdeckung des Whirlpools defekt* -Mehrere Bilder von der Wand gerissen -Tür zum Abstellraum beschädigt -Am Ende der Saison viele Partikel im Poolwasser -2 von 3 Schirmen kaputt* -Poolliegen und Tische Dachterrasse beschädigt -Duschvorhang Badewanne angeschimmelt -Kamera am Tor geht nicht -Loch im Boden nahe Pool -Dem Schrank im Master-Bedroom fehlen Einlegeböden *Wurde angesprochen aber nicht beseitigt Wir hatten trotzdem einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Da der Mietpreis insgesamt recht teuer ist sollten o.g. Mängel nicht vorhanden sein.

Perfect

We had a great time house was spacious and well equipped, location was perfect for us 5-10 mins to beach and the same into town for shopping. Several restaurants approx 10 min walk in the port. My only two points for improvement would be the pool is at the front of the house and there’s a relatively low gate/wall so whilst sunbathing by the pool… it’s not particularly private. Secondly would be great if beach towels were on offer as an extra as they are bulky to pack. We decided to not take but ended up ordering whilst there. Other than that I really would recommend!

Very clean property but rather stark, especially the outside.

The property was extremely clean, however the overall ambience is that of living in a concrete box. There are no curtains or soft furnishings and no subtle lighting. A couple of wall lights in the lounge would have been good. The outside is all concrete and the wall/fence/gates separating the outside space with the road is not very high. No privacy when in the front garden which houses the swimming pool, eating area and sun loungers/parasols. The roof terrace offers total privacy but there is no option for shade. The lid of the jacuzzi is held in place by concrete blocks, similar blocks are used as steps to get into it. The property requires some maintenance, for example the en-suite shower was unusable due to one of the glass sliding doors being missing. Although there are large wardrobes in all bedrooms, there are no shelves, only hanging space. The owners were very helpful in communicating when issues arose, the lack of soft furnishings is also probably good for the ongoing cleanliness of the property, We enjoyed our stay but do think it could have been a lot better if some of the issues highlighted here were addressed.

Décevant

à l'arrivée pas d'état des lieux d'entrée. Les transats,parasols et meubles de jardin du rooftop sont cassés. Nous constatons que la piscine est floue (pas propre), le jacuzzi pas propre. Nous décidons d'en informer immédiatement le propriétaire. Le gars de maintenance est venu mais hormis passé le filet dans la piscine, rien n'est fait. Les parasols ont été changés et les transats aussi. Le mobilier du rooftop est devenu des palettes non traités donc risque d'échardes. Le lendemain nous constatons qu'une vitre à la paroi de douche manque dans la suite parental. Mon mari prévient le propriétaire. Le dimanche, le propriétaire dit alors à mon mari que nous devons quitter la maison. S'en suit des échanges de mails dans lesquels il se justifie en signalant que nous sommes 11 personnes à occuper la maison alors que c'est une maison de 10 personnes. Et que nous l'avons prévenu que 3 jours avant notre arrivée. 3 jours avant notre arrivée, le propriétaire a signalé que les lits seraient faits donc cela laisse supposer qu'il n'y a pas de problème. Il dit que nous sommes 11 alors qu'en réalité nous avons loué 3 semaines la maison et que la 1ère semaine nous étions maximum 5 adultes + 1 enfant de 2ans et 1 bébé de 4 mois. La 2ème semaine nous étions 2 adultes, 1 enfant de 2ans et 1 bébé de 4 mois. La 3ème semaine nous étions 6 adultes, 1 enfant de 2 ans et 1 bébé de 4 mois. Nous n'avons jamais été à pleine capacité dans la maison. Le propriétaire nous a alors signalé que l'occupation de sa maison était selon SON BON VOULOIR et que nous pouvions nous contenter de 2 salles de bains. Pour ne pas passer nos vacances à nous disputer, nous avons décider d'envoyer un mail d'apaisement. Ceci nous a permis de continuer notre séjour sans autre altercation avec le propriétaire malgré que l'état de la piscine et du jacuzzi se dégradaient de jour en jour. Nous avons été cambriolé pendant notre séjour ainsi que la maison voisine appartenant au même propriétaire. Nous avons acheter du chlore choc (2 paquets) pour piscine, nettoyer piscine et jacuzzi sans succès. Nous avons acheté du déboucheur car un évier était bouché, des test du chlore de la piscine, ... La chambre d'enfant peut présenter des dangers pour les jeunes enfants. En bref, nous nous sommes senti en insécurité, mal accueillis et que nous devions surtout pas faire de remarques au propriétaire sous peine de se disputer avec lui. La maison comporte des points positifs mais tout ceci à gâché nos vacances

sehr schönes Haus, zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen

großzügiges Haus mit allem, was man braucht. ca 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand wie auch zum Ortskern. Alles war sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Vacances sympas

Une très belle propriété et un propriétaire qui répond toujours présent quand on le sollicite. La maison est située dans un quartier très calme à proximité de tous les commerces et de la plage. Le seul bémol les personnes d’avant qui avaient un peu abîmé la propriété donc quelques objets dégradés Encore merci aux propriétaires

Fijn vakantiehuis in een rustige buurt

Het huis is vrij ruim. Er waren wel wat kleinere mankementen (wc bril zit los, douchedeur kapot, …). Het zwembad oogt klein als je toekomt maar bleek achteraf voldoende. De zee is kortbij maar de omgeving is vrij rustig, zeker niet de gezellige drukte van de bekendere badplaatsen.

Tolles Haus

Tolles, modernes Haus, ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand mit Strandbar und zu Läden und Restaurants. Sehr sauber, komfortabel, angenehme Kommunikation mit Vermietung, unkompliziertes Check-In und Check-Out mit Schlüsselbox. Einzig eine Sonnenstore oder ein kippbarer Sonnenschirm beim Sitzplatz draussen wäre praktisch.

Chilled family break in sun

Villa was perfect and only short walk to beach and bars / restaurants. Pool was quite warm even though early season and roof terrace with jacuzzi perfect for late night sun and cava!!

Even better than photos !

This is a beautiful villa to stay in , to be honest the photos don’t do it justice , it’s beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked and has all you need . There are 3 supermarkets around 10 minutes walk away , there’s a lovely one just past the train station which we liked better than spar . There’s also a lovely market on Sunday , near the Marina , selling fruit , veg and all sorts of clothes and shoes . Great for a wander . We also caught the train to Salou which is only 20 mins away - tip buy your tickets online . Our party of 6 loved the Hot tub . Excellent service from owner. - thank you Dave.

Fabulous accommodation - a home away from home

Communication with the owner was simple and any questions I had were replied to quickly. The accommodation is exactly as described. Everything was new and in excellent condition. When we had any (very small) issues while there it was dealt with very quickly. The location was perfect for us, plenty of restaurants and the beach was within easy walking distance. We didn't hire a car and managed perfectly well without one. The train station is an easy walk as are the shops for anything you would need. It's very untouristy location which suited us well. We had a lovely holiday and wouldn't hesitate returning

Fin feriebolig

Vi leide dette huset sammen med familie og en baby og vi var til sammen 10 stk. Vi fikk låne babyseng og barnestol og de vi leide hos var svært behjelpelig. Huset var akkurat som beskrevet i annonsen og vi hadde et fint opphold. Om noe kunne vært bedre så måtte det ha vært at kjøkkenet ikke var så godt utstyrt med tanke på at vi var 10 stk og at det ble litt lite med 1 handduk per person. Det finnes vaskemaskin i huset så det var i grunn ikke et problem :) Huset var sentralt både med tanke på strand, butikker og togstasjon. Området var rolig og der var lite turister, noe som passet oss ypperlig. Hadde absolutt kunne anbefalt dette huset videre til andre og hadde ikke hatt noe imot og kommet tilbake :)
