On the ground floor you will find an equipped American kitchen, a living room, a dining room with, two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with double bed (180cm) and two bathrooms.

Upstairs a master suite with double bed (140cm) with access to a terrace and a bathroom.

The villa has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, TV (FR, ES, DE), WIFI and a terrace on the ground floor.

For your holiday meals you will have at your disposal a charcoal barbecue, ideal for cooking in a friendly way outside!You can park in front of the garage.Groups of young people, parties, and guests under the age of 25 are not accepted. Pets not allowed

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For any cancellation, regardless of the date on which it is communicated to the agency, a management fee of €70 will be retained. Depending on the date of cancellation, the refund conditions are as follows:

Cancellation more than 60 days before the date of arrival: Refund of the full deposit, less €70Cancellation more than 30 days before the check-in date: Refund of half of the deposit, minus €70Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival: No refund
