In the heart of Le Mont-Dore, at the foot of the thermal baths and close to all amenities, 100m from the market, in the LE SARCIRON residence with elevator, a lovely 1-bedroom apartment (T2) of approximately 40m² located on the 1st floor (second level). Unlimited Wi-Fi access.

This apartment comprises an entrance hall, a pleasant living room with a sofa bed and ample storage.

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a 3-zone ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a mezzanine area furnished with two single beds.

A shower room with toilet.

気になった点 : 清潔度

Hôtel bien situé mais vétuste sauf équipement électroménager. Volets rouillés et grippés. Lunette des toilettes mal fixée. Robinets mal fixés. Propreté douteuse mais pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée. Ménage fait par nous à la fin de la location. Mais facturation supplémentaire de 70 exigée par l'agence.Location à éviter.
