Hotel was very convenient for public transport. Lovely staff. Breakfast was a nice variety and spread. Room had a bit of ware and tear, the bathroom door though was broken and the lock didnt work. In fairness we didnt address it while we stayed but hopefully that was the only room with that issue. Not soundproof the walls but cant do much about that. Otherwise was a nice stay in Milan.

Staff was excellent and helpful. The room everything one needs for a short stay. the bedding and towels were crispy clean
