"Het huisje zag er keurig uit op een paar kleine punten na. De kitranden in de douchebak kunnen wel weer een update gebruiken. De batterij van de klok was leeg, geen batterijen te vinden...het gat in de parasol voet was te groot en daardoor valt de parasol telkens om.Het huisje is voorzien van een leuk terras met een prachtig uitzicht. Je moet wel van klimmen houden als je naar je auto wilt.Verders prima hoor."

"Heating system not working while being at -3 degree and the house isolation system is not efficient for winter, from the doors and windows you can feel the cold wind coming in. PLUS we had a plague of mosquitoes so we had terrible nights, mosquitoes in all the house.. We had to pay extra for towels and bed sheets.. "A good location for site seeing or getting out of town. Place is clean inside but general streets around are not clean. Good buffet breakfast and underground parking is handy. Area can get noisy at night if you leave windows open otherwise it is quiet."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hampton by Hilton Aachen Tivoli. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble.A special mention must go to Alexander, who worked in the bar. He genuinely made our stay memorable. Every evening he welcomed us with a smile, took the time to chat with us and showed a real interest in our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always made us feel valued as guests.Thanks to Alexander, our evenings in the bar became one of the highlights of our stay. His excellent customer service, attention to detail and friendly personality created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. He is a real credit to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the whole team and especially Alexander, for making us feel so welcome!!"

"The hotel itself was excellent, the room was very comfortable and clean. The bar and restaurant were also very good. Downside was the extortionate price they charge for one nights parking in the underground car park. 28 Euros for less than 24 hours parking is really taking a liberty. Took the shine of what was otherwise a great stay."
