"Though the staff were friendly - this hotel is old and worn down. The room smelled musty and was damp the entire time. The sheets were old. The pillows were awful.
Breakfast was great though. Lots of choices."
"I had a great stay at the Hampton in Monroe N.Carolina..
The property is clean & also the room was clean but I noticed with Housekeeping it seems to be a shortage of staff. I didn't have any housekeeping services. When they did come to the room I was already back late evening so Iv'e decided to just taking towels & emptying the trash.
The front desk staff was very friendly & inviting. I will definitely stay at the Hamptons again..."
"The room was ok, a bit run down. It was clean. There was a small breakfast area, food was ok.We were disappointed that the pool was closed. The ice machine was broken. It was close to restaurants, which was good. parking was easy."
"The first night I killed 3 roaches and have pictures, asked the staff and cleaning lady personally I didn't need housekeeping working 7pm to 7am and didn't want disturbed. Still knocked and woke me up everyday. I would give negative stars if available and would rather sleep under a bridge then go back there."
