"The staff was super nice, the lobby was open and spacious, there were plenty of places to sit, there is a coffee bar available. The little store had self checkout making things easy. My room was great, however the balcony wasn’t very inviting. The chairs were too short to see over the actual balcony. "

"Perfect Hotel. Lovely staff. Perfectly clean and certainly 5-star. Great location in Charlotte. A green walking area near Ballantyne, a huge play area for children. Delightful restaurants nearby in easy walking distance, through the green area."

"Nice large room with desk, table, refrigerator, microwave, and a couch. The bed was comfortable, medium firm with 2 nightstands. Everything was clean, breakfast came with the room and had lots of protein and fruits. The staff were very friendly. We'll definitely visit again!"
