気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
This place… where to start. We took a chance on it because some of the reviews said it wasn’t that bad but we should have listened to the reviews that said otherwise. The property in general is just old. Old stained carpet, bathrooms that haven’t been updated since early 2000s, etc. The staff were nice but we could tell they could care less about the place & their jobs. They take their smoke breaks right outside the front entrance so you’re forced to walk through smoke when entering the hotel. Cleaning crew argued about giving us more towels when we had clearly already used the only two we were originally given. I left early in the morning and came back around 8:30 when they were still in the hallway cleaning the rooms, when I entered I saw they finally gave us more towels but that was it. Nothing in our room had been cleaned (beds not made, trash not taken, etc.) the only thing they did was put a stack of towels on the toilet seat. When I asked the lady in the hallway if they would mind doing our room because I was leaving again and would not be in the room until later in the evening she said “you’re wanting a full service” like I was crazy for wanting our room cleaned. Overall I would say this is a “get what you pay for” type of place but the price we actually paid for this room was absolutely absurd for what we got. Would not recommend and would not stay again.
