Appartamento Sibilla is a first floor apartment located in the North of Monopoli. Outside the accommodation there is a parking area reserved for guests. The house consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining table with chairs. The living room leads to a large outdoor veranda equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for summer lunches and dinners. On the veranda there is also a washing machine. Inside the house we also find the kitchen equipped with gas burners, sink, fridge, oven, microwave and toaster. A corridor leads to the sleeping area where there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds that can be set up as a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is present in the living room and in the corridor of the sleeping area.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
