「Very disappointing experience. We found more than 15 cockroaches in our room over two nights, despite reporting the issue immediately. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent both nights dealing with the infestation while travelling with a young child. What disappointed us even more was the owner’s attitude. Rather than showing understanding or offering proper assistance, he was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this completely ruined our holiday experience.」

「We booked a superior twin room with a spa bath, for a bit of luxury; I am 65, my friend 69. We arrived early & our room was ready but we gad a double bed, not twin as specified. The manager then produced a trundle bed & considered it resolved. Itvwas very uncomfortable & I barely slept for the 2 night stay. Fittings & fixtures are if poor quality & appear to be badly maintained (eg the light switch fell off as I was leaving the room) there was no slip mat in the bath, no full length mirror, ...
