"Upon arrival, I was notified that my booking was incorrect. They stated that children 12 years old and older are considered adults. When I booked through Expedia and selected my kids ages it categorized them as kids. I had to pay additional $450 which I didn’t plant for. I wasn’t able to get in contact with an Expedia representative to rectify this issue. Therefore, the first day of my trip was horrible. I stilled tried to contact Expedia yet the matter is still unresolved."
