"The staff are what makes this hotel special because without exception they are helpful, pleasant and kind. They are a credit to the hotel team and ensured that our visit was excellent. The rooms and amenities are very good but it’s the staff that make it a 5* experience."

"We booked a ground floor room as limited availability. The hotel itself was lovely but when we checked the guy at reception was putting us off our room before we had even seen it and was trying to get up to upgrade. It put us off as it felt like the hard sale before seeing the room we had been allocated. We stuck with the ground floor and it had a weird enclosed balcony which it does not show or mention in any of the pictures. The room itself was nice and we did enjoy our stay but if they had other rooms available why not upgrade us for goodwill rather than charging us"

"Rooms were very clean, not so much between the sofabed. Sofabed was comfy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My family loved the Hot tub. The breakfast was in "Safari" which had a lot of choice and a breakfast menu to order. The Italian Restaurant on site's food was out of this world and service outstanding. The pool was big and loved the layout. Great for swimming rounds and for kids. Overall we had such a great time that we will definitely want to come back."
