    Across the street from Georges Dumont Hospital, 5 minutes walk to University of Moncton and 10 minutes walk to downtown, this bright and clean apartment offers an oasis of comfort for the tired traveler.
    This fully furnished comfortable apartment has a fully equipped kitchen offering you the possibility of preparing your own meals.
    Bright and airy bedroom has a new double size bed with a private bathroom.

    Living room has a very comfortable sofa if you want to relax and watch cable TV on your flat screen TV. Apartment also has high speed WiFi for your convenience.

    This location cannot be beat. Steps away from Georges Dumont hospital, Dr Leon Richard clinic and the Georges Dumont reproductive clinic. It would take you 5-10 minutes to walk to University. of Moncton and you would have a 10-15 minutes walk to the downtown core with a good selection of restaurants and a variety of nightclubs. Area is not noisy so you will be able to stay home and enjoy a quiet evening if that is what you prefer.
    Shared coin operated laundry facility is available on site for those needing to wash their clothes.

Très bon séjour

Bien situé : pas trop loin de l'autoroute, ce qui permet de naviguer assez facilement vers les sites touristiques, mais suffisamment loin pour ne pas être dérangé par le bruit. Appartement rénové il y a peu : l'intérieur est bien agencé et agréable à vivre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur place.

Affordable place close to downtown

Raphael was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Check in was very easy. Everything you need for you stay is there from pits and pans to coffee maker. The property was 4 mins away from the venue we were dancing at. Thanks so much!
