  • This mid-18th century house, surrounded by imposing ramparts, houses a charming garden to relax. Once you push the door, let yourself be charmed by the place.
    On the first floor, a large living room dining room bathed in light welcomes you, the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden allows you to enjoy the chickadees, blackbirds, turtledoves and sparrows that peck before your eyes.
    A toilet completes this level. On the 1st floor, three bedrooms and 1 bathroom (bath/shower, toilet) are at your disposal. Moncontour, labelled the most beautiful village in France, benefits from many shops, bakery, butcher's caterer, pastry shop, wine shop, Carrefour supermarket, pharmacy, bookshop, second-hand dealer, 3 restaurants, 2 tobacco bars accessible 150 metres away. The sea is 20 minutes away by car and the beautiful beaches of Val André, St Quay Portrieuc 35 minutes away. Horse riding and golf 30 minutes away. Lamballe and its TGV station is 12' away. If you like old stones, take a walk in the village and let yourself be led to the millrace and its valley-forest to the pond worthy of Lamartine in the middle of wild nature.
