「Our host was exceptionally responsive to all questions and needs. We had a few issues on our arrival, but they were addressed and handled very quickly. The property is nice and clean. Parking is available, but tight for larger SUVs. Lamps in the living area would be helpful as the only lighting is very bright overhead ceiling lights. Our main downside (the reason for 4 stars) was the constant and very loud construction going on next door. This is not the fault of management, but it...

「Private suite on the left side of a rancher including private entrance and backyard. Very nicely constructed and spacious. Prime location on James Island just off the main drag. Owner was very responsive when batteries died on the smart lock. 」

「This was a a fantastic rental in the heart of Charleston. Location was perfect, relatively quiet and tucked back off the main street but walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops. The home is very nice, well furnished, beautiful kitchen area, clean bright bathrooms and comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent again. 」
