Everyday the bar would either run out of some form of alcohol and ice, and instead of going to get replenishment themselves they would suggest to go check in another bar which I believe is poor customer service. As much as the food was great over half the food had no labels so was difficult to know what was key ingredients for the dishes which is a issue if you have allergies (was not asking for a list of ingredients but just to know what a dish is) and due to language barrier this was difficult to understand. The fitness room was no existent no weights machine was available which was a massive no no to come back again, even the cardio machines where basic and virtually of no good also. Overall this resort had so much going for it and the above 3 points addressed would make this a candidate for a future visit, but for now would not really recommend.

there are too many mosques，at least10 in our room，we couldn't have good sleep. The room has very strong smelly，make you headache the staff said it's painting smell，I check the wall，they didn't paint it，we asked to change the room，they said they only can change to small room for three adult. If we change to bigger one they ask us to pay more

Die Anlage ist super, direkt am Strand. Das gesamte Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlichen.von den Animateure bis zur den Kellner, alle die da arbeiten sind Top.Riesen Auswahl an Essen und Getränke. Können wir nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub 👍👍

Très bon potentiel pour des vacances en famille

Bel hôtel, très fort potentiel pour en faire un grand hôtel luxe avec qq travaux et des buffets un peu plus travaillés et du meilleur café (il a le goût du réseau d’eau, bof). Bon service, personnel sympathique serviable attentif, direction facilitante. Équipe d’animation vraiment proche des enfants et qui se démène. Toboggans aquatiques. Spa hammam massage.

Il posto sarebbe anche bello, struttura un po' vecchia magari da ristrutturare, il bungalow assegnato invaso di formiche, segnalato alla reception dopo 2 ore cambio bungalow tutto ok.nei bagni ci sono le vasche con non poca difficoltà ad accedere, ripeto da ristrutturare

The bungelos were extremely unique at this resort, vary spacious, nice bed and very sound proof. This is a family resort, they have alot of activities going on even into the night. The 2 pools are kinda small for the amount of people when the property is full. There is not enough lounges for everyone, got to get there early to throw your towel on some to reserve. The beach is small, not clear blue as with other resorts along the Mediterranean. Food was ample, the spaghetti lady stayed the busiest of everyone. If your early, can beat the herds of people, short and tall, and get good warm food. If your late, maybe the food is warm or overcooked. Some meat was raw, be careful. The dining room was very spacious with indoor and open seating with the view of the pool or beach. Caution, 4 star hotel but you have to get your own drinks, silverware and sometimes clean off your own table. But the staff are great, very nice and always helpful. A major plus was this property was very clean at all times.

Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé et de pouvoir même choisir notre chambre (une suite avec 2 chambres dont 1 très grand lit double). L'accueil fut chaleureux. Le personnel dans sa majorité était agréable. Merci à Nawell du mini club qui a occupé notre petite fille. Le buffet proposait une bonne variété de nourriture avec au minimum une specialité tunisienne et glaces tous les soirs. Pour le goûter près de la piscine : pizzas, hot dogs ou crêpes. Animations en journée avec fléchettes, pétanque... Et le soir mini disco pour les enfants (notre petite de 3 ans était ravie) et spectacle divers sauf le dimanche. L'hôtel est isolé donc rien à proximité mais il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant (1 dinar ou 2,5 si vous prenez les petits bus) vous permettant de vous rendre soit vers Monastir (arrêt devant l'aéroport où se trouve également la gare), soit vers Sousse. Des taxis attendent aussi devant l'hôtel. Deux bémols à souligner mais qui n'ont pas réellement gâché notre séjour : le responsable du restaurant (un homme grand à lunettes) n'est pas du tout souriant et surtout il parle mal aux serveurs (il a poussé à bout un serveur qui s'est défendu et il avait raison), et enfin l'offre de cocktail sans alcool se limite à un mélange de jus en machine (les virgin mojito, virgin colada et autres sont payants à 3,6 € le verre). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Je recommande.
