"Staff on reception were very helpful and pleasant. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was very good with an excellent choice. Parking was available on street and also in the hotels underground car park. We would recommend this hotel and will stay there again."

"Excellent, friendly staff. I couldn't get over the size of the room - particularly compared to the room I stayed in (briefly) in Salamanca. I should stay that there are building works going on at present designed to enhance the entrance to the hotel. Everything was clearly signposted and did not interrupt my stay. The hotel is already very spacious so I can't imagine what it will be like the works have been completed. The hotel is situated about a 15 minute walk from the centre of the city, the tapas bars and restaurants. Very easy to get to as the river will be your guide."

"A very basic apartment. Only get 1 Pillow each so bear in mind if you need 2. Shower flooded which weren’t great but all in all a very perfect room for the price we paid and what we needed. Would book again"

"I booked based on price and Expedia guest reviews. Upon arrival I looked at Google Maps to see check-in time since I was early, but when I saw VERY negative guest reviews there I was very concerned and had I seen them I would not have booked here. With apprehension I entered and requested early check-in. I was greeted and my request accommodated. There was strong chemical odor that dissipated after opening my windows, but other than that the room was clean and very nice. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. No English at all, but I'm in Spain so IMHO the language issue is on me. Great location. I extended 2 additional days. Great value. Will stay again. "
