"Expected fresher looking property as a whole. doors and trim scuffed and dirty. Window in rm10014 was pretty dirty and took away from the view. Bathroom sink cold water faucet didn’t work at all. Turned on but no stream of water. Reported to front desk but no one came to fix it in the time I was there. Bathroom floor had black tarry looking spots that could have been scraped off. I feel the resort fee should be cancelled."
