Elegant renovated studio just steps from Monaco. Designed with quality materials, it offers a comfortable space for 2 guests with AC, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern walk-in shower. Guests can enjoy the building’s pool in summer. Ideally located: 10 minutes on foot from the Monte-Carlo Country Club and the Rolex Masters, and 16 minutes from the Grimaldi Forum. Perfect for exploring Monaco on foot.

There are no parking spaces with the apartment but a paid public car park in the immediate vicinity as well as paid parking spaces in the surrounding area. The owner leaves a blue disc for the blue parking spaces that are near the apartment. This disc allows free parking in these places when they are available. Do not forget to leave the disc in the apartment when you leave.

- There is no dedicated car park but there are paid public parking spaces nearby.
- Nice airport is 42 minutes by car from the apartment
- The Monaco buses are 9 minutes walk from the apartment, these will take you to public transport to go to the neighboring towns, namely the railway station where trains serve all the coastal towns of the Riviera and the Italy or buses to Nice or Menton

A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.

Beausoleil is a town with a difference in altitude, it is sometimes more practical to travel by bus
