「We had a brilliant stay. Kids loved the caravan. Beds are slightly uncomfortable but to be expected in a caravan and no toilet roll provided. Facilities in the park are great. The swimming pool has some great slides (you do have to pay for swimming but definitely worth it), kids loved the evening disco and there is a free train ride going round the park which was nice. Overall a lovely stay thankyou! It does say 7 minutes walk to Prestatyn beach but the main bit was actually over 55 minutes on...

「The gas was not working! We spent the night freezing cold with hardly any sleep. A neighbouring caravan told us that someone had been to the caravan before we arrived and failed to fix the Heating. We went to reception and asked for someone to fix it and they said no one was available. We decided to leave and go home. Our weekend break was completely ruined. I have asked the host for a full refund and hopefully he will not make a fuss if he does. I shall notify my credit card Company for a...
