In the district of Cascio 7 km from the centre of Castelnuovo Garfagnana, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. Private: park 4 ha, natural garden 350 m2, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (above ground) round, with privacy (4,50 m diameter, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 1 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Lucca 40 km, Viareggio 69 km, Torre di Pisa 58 km. Please note: baby equipment on request.

Schönes Haus, leider in die Jahre gekommen. U.a. viele Küchenutensilien defekt, Geschirrspüler ebenso, etliche Fernbedienungen leer, das Hauptproblem war aber die NICHT VORHANDENE Waschmaschine, welche laut Inserat vorhanden sein sollte! (Von Interhome keine Antwort auf die Beschwerde erhalten!)Der Garten ist komplett offen und etwas vom Haus weg, daher mit Hund absolut ungeeignet. Fast täglich war der Nachbarhund auf dem Grundstück (zum Glück sehr freundlich, dennoch mühsam), öfters streifen Katzen rum und sogar ein Fuchs. Ansonsten wäre der Garten fantastisch, vor allem die Aussicht vom Poolbereich sucht ihresgleichen!
