Beware, this is not a hotel. THIS IS A HOSTEL! THE HOTEL IS MISS ADVERTISED IN MANY WAYS. THEY ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY, AS THERE IS NOWHERE FOR YOUR PET TO EVEN GO TO THE BATHROOM. A DRUG DEALER PARKS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET AND MEET A GENTLEMAN ON A BICYCLE WHO IS THE RUNNER. THE ENTIRE TOWN IS IN POVERTY. AND THE NEIGHBORING HOUSES ARE BOARDED UP WITH BARS ON THE WINDOWS. AND NO TRESPASSING WITH SURVEILLANCE SIGNS! EVEN THE STAFF SAID THE TOWN IS TAKEN OVER BY DRUG DEALERS. I WAS DRIVING THROUGH AND I SAW THIS AS A CLEAN, SAFE PLACE TO STOP AT WITH MY ESA ANIMALS. THERE WERE NO ONE UP THE FRONT DESK TO CHECK-IN WITH. AS EXHAUSTED AS I WAS. I HAD TO CONTACT THE OWNER WHO WAS IN BIG BEAR, CALIFORNIA AT HIS OTHER HOTEL, WHICH APPARENTLY PRESIDENTS OVER THIS?

Our room was fairly clean and comfortable. It had a nice shower and bathroom area. However, the area around it is a little bit sketchy and we were nervous parking our our boat and pickup on the street. But we didn't have any issues with break-ins or anything like that. I noticed there was accumulation of sand on the windowsill. I think they have sand storms there though we did not experience that.

A really nice hotel to stay at. It was very clean, easy to get to, and easy to access. There was no staff on site, so this was a new experience for me, but it was super easy to figure out. The hotel is decorated in a bohemian style with a comfortable bed! There was no coffee in my room (I really love coffee in the morning), but there was a Keurig machine available in the lobby. There was also a vending machine in the lobby if you needed snacks. The only downside is that I felt the walls were thin here. I did not have any noise issues during my stay, but I woke up early because I had to get on the road.

Very comfortable beds, great water pressure! Nice bedding and Egyptian cotton sheets! Definitely one of the better hotels in Mojave ca! Could use a little more attention to detail to bring the hotel into the present day. It’s been remodeled but still shows some old worn parts but overall a very nice hotel for the price!
