Charging €5 to use the (empty) gym is a crappy thing to do. Loud “entertainment” till midnight each night.

El hotel por normal general está muy bien, las habitaciones son grandes, las camas son cómodas y están muy limpias. Hay tres piscinas grandes que están bien cuidadas y hay muchas hamacas para poder sentarte. La comida del bufete está buena, pero le falta algo de variedad, y en mi opinión creo que el agua debería ser gratuita para poder comer y cenar, ya que solo dan agua gratis para el desayuno. Los espectáculos están bien, quizá le falta algo más de chispa para los adultos. Por lo general el hotel está muy bien, hay buen aparcamiento y está cerca de la playa. Exceptuando alguna pequeña cosa el hotel está muy bien, sin duda repetiríamos.

Las medidas anticovid en el restaurante eran excasisimas, un barullo de gente todos revuelto. Contratamos con hoteles.com e incluía cena y desayuno, sin que hubiera que pagar las bebidas y nos las cobraron....

En arrivant on m’a dit que ma réservation était annulée. On m’a trouvé deux chambres en RDCH donnant sur la buanderie et garage aux prix qu’ils ont voulu . On m’a changé de chambre le lendemain après que je me soit plaint à la direction. L’un de vous deux n’a pas fait son travail. Vous méritez les deux une publicité sur internet. On ne laisse pas arriver un client au mois d’août pour lui dire qu’il n’a pas de chambre après m’avoir envoyé des mails disant que tout était ok . Je ne réserverai plus avec hotel.com , la 1 er et la dernière !

Freundlichkeit sehr gut. Zimmer sehr gut. Essen an sich gut. Essensraum lauter als im Oktoberfestzelt. Sehr, sehr, sehr viele laute Kinder und massiv überforderte Eltern. Mind. 25 % Kinder Hatte mich verbucht, wollte Vollpension. Hotel hätte täglich Euro 20 verlangt für das Mittagessen. Unzumutbar. Trotz meiner sofortigen Meldung bei Buchung hätte Expedia Stornokosten von Euro 80 verlangt und hat mich an das Hotel verwiesen und dies an Expedia. Sehr unzufrieden

Vacaciones en el Mar

La habitacion muy amplia aunque agradeceria poder tener algo de separacion entre la cama de los niños y la nuestra para hacer la estancia mas comoda. La camarera de habitaciones fabulosa. El equipo de animacion muy bueno. La variedad y calidad del buffet bastante bien. Las piscinas muy limpias y siempre hay hamacas disponibles. Quizas como recomendacion incluir las bebidas de comida y cena en la pension completa y tener agua en los minibares ya que el agua no es buena. El equipo de recepcion deberia ser algo mas cercano al cliente.
