The property need to be rehabilitated, it is a nice hotel but old. The Staff have been very kind and helpful especially the lady at the reception she was very professional with a strong customer service skill

The bed was comfortable, the pool was a fun diversion, and the Hammam was professional. Generally, the place needs better air flow as it seems they have a bit of a mold problem. Maybe it was just my room because the air vent in the bathroom didn’t work. With windows open it was cool but you hear the street noise. The AC didn’t exist—it was only a fan. Be warned that the breakfast is very much a Moroccan breakfast—the patisseries are good, but otherwise there’s not much for American/European tastes. Generally it was a good hotel and a safe place for a night. The staff were exceptional. I might stay again if I come for an overnight again.

Great location by the train station and tram stop. Comfortable room with a refrigerator and good A/C.

Can’t beat the service and very fair price! Staff is very helpful and do things that are above and beyond most hotels
