Staying at Hotel Church House was a great experience. The location in Rohini Sector 15 is very convenient, especially being right above Axis Bank. The room was neat, air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing made for a very peaceful night's sleep. The staff was professional and made the check-in process very smooth. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay!

This property is basic and in a bad area. Indoors it is adequate but with some safety issues such as wet tiled floors with no safety signage and equipment left on stairs. Breakfast is very basic but suffice. The staff are all very attentive with the exception of Amar the concierge manager who markets tours aggressively. All I can say about him is to get anything offered in writing and please read the small print. Two examples ( a guided tour of Delhi, with no guide and only a driver that spoke very little English) and ( a tour to Amritsar booked in a lower class of Indian railway, a tour guide only booked to do half the tour we expected and then not paid until a threat from that guide to not continue). As disappointing as Amar was, our guide Anil Sharma of (feelmycitytours, WhatsApp +919780234705) came to our rescue to help rebook train tickets and the other half of the tour. We had very peasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are neat and clean. Food quality was also good. Very nicely located. Just 100 meter of Aerocity and Mall.

The best experience had so far. Room was exceptionally clean. Staffs were super friendly, well mannered and had solutions for all my request. I am definitely coming back again. Kudos to all staffs of the property.
