"The apartment appears to be recently renovated. It is in excellent condition, everything works, and it is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Even so, the kindness of the hosts made our stay great. "The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking! While the property is not near any major sights, it is peaceful and beautiful. Fernanda was very responsive to my questions and her husband assisted us in guiding us around the area to point out places to eat and shop with. The pool was enjoyed by the family and we also also had a fabulous dinner grilling outside on the property. The pictures shown on this sight are accurate."

"The getting of the keys was a bit of a challenge as we had arrived a bit earlier & were trying to get in earlier..the response from the property company was not helpful in getting early arrival entry until we were actually in Bologna. Over all cleanliness was a 5 however when we went to turn on the AC in the bedroom as it was not running, the top of armoire had a 1 inch layer of dust on the top. Not healthy to breath in at night."

"We stayed in the Garden unit for 9 days in mid July. The property is beautiful and Alessandro and his family are wonderful people and great hosts. They were very accommodating to our family by amending the pool hours. The property is perfectly situated to see many great areas around Bologna and all are within about an hours’ drive. The only issue we had was the heat. Unfortunately there were heat warnings throughout this part of Europe in July and the property is not set up yet to deal with...

"The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna."
