"There was no WiFi signal on the side of hotel that we were staying at and TV was going in and out of connection. "

"The cottage is spacious, with a big kitchen and cosy lounge. There are lots of bed options and towels provided. Unfortunately, very basic items like cloths (for cleaning surfaces), dishwasher tablets, and teatowels are not provided, making it difficult to keep everything clean during the stay. In addition, the heating is inadequate, with the thermostat only on at fixed times and the space quickly getting cold again. "This is a lovely hotel with great views and is also dog-friendly (which is why we originally chose it). The standout element has to be the service — Leah and the whole team are incredibly welcoming and put in next-level effort to ensure we had the best stay. If you’re not staying at the hotel but in the area, the new bar is super recommended! There are some lovely pubs but it’s definitely going to be a top spot. We’ll be back this summer for sure now.
