"Front desk no very nice "

"The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. At check in the service desk didn't explain my total for payment, I booked through expedia and my total was different than when booked through expedia. when I asked why all she kept saying was how did I know my total that was due.. She did not explain that it was a security deposit, did not give us any info. when I went to call front desk about toilet issues, the phone is just there for show and not even plugged into wall. "

"Clean, safe area. Thin walls, next door guests were very noisy. Property management was able to make them quiet down but it was quite loud."

The property was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood it is in felt safe and it was a great central location for us, though it is an older neighborhood with lower priced homes. Overall would give 5 stars for the actual home and owner.
