"This is a hotel for families going to Disneyland and the ammenities are designed for these families. If your plans are to spend more time exploring Japan it will take an hour on train to get to Tokyo station. Please keep in mind, Tokyo rush hour both in the morning and afternoon. Otherwise, the hotel was spotless and the staff are very cordial and respectful."

"A couple minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom and the plunger in the toilet had to be reset a few times. Beds are on the firm side. The stay was good and would stay again "

"We were only here for one night before an early flight the following morning. The family room we had was spacious and suitable for us. Everything was clean and in good condition. We had a buffet dinner in the restaurant which offered plenty of variety and for a decent price. Would definitely stay again!"

"Laundry is too old fashion, should be washer and dryer in one machine with a locking PIN number. Room was clean. But no desk or chairs in the room, made it very hard to work on laptop etc. Also bathroom sink it so low like its designed just for children and not adults. No real cupboards or storage space in the room. "

"Really good stay, lawsons downstairs was so useful. We stayed here for six nights and went into central Tokyo almost every day. Shuttle was great and if we come back to Tokyo, we will stay again!"
