"The check in process is horrendous. It is impersonal and there are not enough employees to for the amount of people. I reserved two rooms connected to each other and was given rooms on separate floors. It took an hour to get help and was told that it was not possible because all the rooms were booked."
"Lots of issues at the Flamingo first I did mobile check in had QR code went to kiosk didn’t give my keys so had to wait in that long line for 30 I had requested 4pm late check out was told room keys would work until then of course in check out Day go back to room at 1pm keys don’t work have to go back down to get new room keys. Maid service is terrible here first day no service checkout day of course maid comes at 3:30pm with that annoying key card tap at the door I said I have 4pm late checkout why can’t they lol to see what time each room is checking out duh it’s year 2026 duh! Must annoying is the go pool is basically unusable for guests cause they let in anyone over 21 here there are no lawn chairs to sit or even regular plastic chairs either they value just drunk 21 year olds off the street vs guests who stay at the resort. The family pool is smaller and is difficult to find a chair there also unless you show up at 9am. Shower is a joke in the room had a half glass walk in shower so the water gets all over the bathroom floor when you are done. Time to go back to customers at hotel over anyone off the street !"
"I stayed at Sahara Hotel to attend the ASD Market Week Convention and I am very glad I did because using the Monorail to and from the Las Vegas Convention Center was so easy!
Also, my room was real clean, nice view and overall my stay was very pleasant.
The only thing to be aware of is that most of the restaurants at Sahara operate on limited meal hours, so plan your meals accordingly. Other than that my stay was great! Thanks 🙏 "
"First time at this hotel & probably won't stay there again. The interior is fine but the outside of the property is definitely in need of some attention. Our sink was stopped up & the water in the drain smelled terrible. Everything is very overpriced. $69 for breakfast (crepe with eggs, bacon) a pastry & a latte for 2 people is absolutely ridiculous. Drinks are also very expensive, more so than some of the other nearby casinos. There aren't enough seating areas for casual food dining (the patisserie) & not enough bars where you can just sit & relax. Also, the music is sometimes so loud you can't hear yourself think or carry on a conversation. Pros - check in & check out was easy & our room attendant did a great job."
