7.2/10 Good! (1,001 reviews)
I stayed as a solo LGBT traveller and would recommend Axel Hotel Berlin, though there’s room for improvement.
The location is excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly. My Junior Suite was a great size and very quiet thanks to its end-of-corridor location. However, I’d skip the breakfast—it fell short compared to my experience at Axel Hotel Valencia.
Additionally, both the sauna and steam room weren't working during my stay.
Overall, it was still a positive stay and I would return, but fixing the facilities would make it much better.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,047 reviews)
"Beautiful Hotel next to the train station, but even with out room overlooking the trains, it was silent. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The gym is open 24/7 and many restaurants walkable for all meals."

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,529 reviews)
"The room was clean and adequately sized. The bed was comfy but the pillows need to be bigger. Also the towels were pretty wimpy. The bar was nice and had good drinks. The hotel was close to the train station but all the historical sites we wanted to see were not close so we did lots of walking. There ..."
